Overview

VentureBlick, in partnership with the Canadian Technology Accelerator (CTA) Singapore, is seeking senior healthcare and AI industry professionals to serve as Mentors for the upcoming AI in Healthcare CTA 2025 program. 

This four-month initiative, led by Global Affairs Canada's Trade Commissioner Service (TCS), supports 6–8 high-potential Canadian start-ups developing AI-driven solutions for healthcare screening, diagnosis, clinical treatments, follow-up care, and hospital resource management. The program aims to help these start-ups expand into Singapore and the broader Southeast Asian market. 

Your Role as a Mentor

• The mentor is required to arrange and participate in two virtual meetings with assigned start-up, on April 18th and May 06th 2025.

• The mentor is also required to personally facilitate and attend four B2B meetings during the week of ATX Show (27-29 May), for the appointed start-up whilst they are in Singapore.

   

Ideal Advisor Profile 

We are looking for professionals with expertise in: 

• Screening & Diagnosis – AI applications for early disease detection (e.g., cancer, heart disease), improving diagnostic accuracy and speed (e.g., MRI, X-rays). 

• Clinical Treatments & Follow-up Care – AI-driven decision support for drug prescriptions, personalized treatment plans, digital therapeutics, and remote patient monitoring. 

• Healthcare Resource Management – AI solutions for hospital inventory forecasting, automation of administrative workflows, and optimizing patient flow (e.g., reducing wait times, bed management).

Please note:

• Shortlisted advisors will be required to sign an additional expert agreement which covers the scope of work as well as compensation that will be provided.
