About the Programme

Under this programme, selected start-ups will each be assigned a mentor, then go through approximately two months of virtual preparation before arriving in Singapore. The in-market component of the programme consists of a curated 3-day in-market immersion, which will culminate in a Demo Day pitch showcase. Participants will receive up to six months of post-programme follow-through support after the immersion, to keep the Singapore ecosystem conversations moving forward. 

Only 10 start-ups will be selected to keep the programme focused, the stakeholder matching relevant, and the follow-through support targeted. 

This is not a trade mission or a networking trip. Unlike a trade mission, participants don’t arrive cold – each start-up enters Singapore with a clear market entry strategy and pre-identified stakeholder targets and, where relevant, meetings planned in advance. The programme is also differentiated by its post-programme follow-through, where introductions become conversations that translate to real opportunities.

Who Should Apply 

The co11ab Singapore Healthcare Gateway Accelerator is designed for overseas BioMedTech and healthcare start-ups that are ready to engage Singapore’s healthcare ecosystem in a meaningful and structured way. 

Basic Eligibility 

• Overseas-registered BioMedTech or healthcare start-up  

• Innovative BioMedTech or healthcare technology or solution with a working prototype, platform, data package, or development programme 

• Founder, senior executive, or decision-maker available to participate in the Singapore immersion 

What We’re Looking For 

Selected startups will be evaluated based on the following criteria: 

• Relevance to Singapore’s healthcare ecosystem and programme objectives 

• Strength and readiness of the healthcare technology or solution 

• Clarity of market entry intent and stakeholder engagement goals 

• Potential for meaningful collaboration, pilot, or partnership opportunities in Singapore 

• Commitment to participate fully across all three phases of the programme

Programme Fee

The programme fee is SGD 1,000 per selected start-up. 

This covers full participation across all three phases of the programme – including mentor assignment, virtual market entry preparation, the 3-day Singapore ecosystem immersion, Demo Day participation, and up to six months of post-programme support. It also includes a waiver of co11ab Associate Membership, which carries a standalone value of SGD 1,000. 

Payment will only be required upon programme acceptance. No fees are payable during the application process.

Only 10 startups will be selected. Successful applicants will be notified by 30 June 2026 and onboarded into the programme in July 2026.
